First Class Service from Nick Shepherd. We previously bought a top spec Duster from Nick and we've been very impressed with it. This time we wanted to try the new Bigster so Nick arranged a test drive in both a new Duster and a Bigster for us. We planned to move over to hybrid which would a shock for my wife as she has never driven automatic before. Nick shepherd was excellent from first walking into the dealership to inquire about Dacias to driving our new car away this morning. Very helpful, not pushy, trustworthy, and personable. He answered all our questions and dealt efficiently with any issues which arose when the business changed hands on our due pick up date. Angela and I have just, this day, bought another Dacia making a family of Dacias, adding a Spring EV to our Duster and Sandeiro Stepway. We use the latter two mostly but the Spring is a welcomed addition for all those short and in-betweenies type journeys and we feel that running an EV of this type is economical in buying and running, especially as it can be charged (overnight) via a mains electric supply using a domestic 3-pinned socket.
