3 times this week I have rang to get an appointment to discuss my blood test results to be told none available. Please call again tomorrow, then to be told the same the next day. Still got no appointment need to call back next week. So until I get an appointment don't know what next step is in my treatment if any

In position 1 on a phonecall for 10 minutes and still no answer. No one ever on reception anymore on arrival. Staff seem to have relocated to inside the side office with door continually shut. No love and personal care anymore, staff seem put out and inconvenienced all the time, what's happening to the system? Its so broken!
I would like to give credit where it is due as I have only ever had a great experience with Pontesbury & Worthen Medical Practice. I rang at approx. 10:30am on a Monday, was first in the queue on the phone and waited a couple of minutes before being put through to a lovely receptionist. I managed to secure a same day appointment and was met with patience, empathy, professionalism and care by Dr. Simon Lovatt at the Worthen Practice.
