Excellent service, always do their best to help. I think we are fortunate to have such a good practice in Pontesbury
In position 1 on a phonecall for 10 minutes and still no answer. No one ever on reception anymore on arrival. Staff seem to have relocated to inside the side office with door continually shut. No love and personal care anymore, staff seem put out and inconvenienced all the time, what's happening to the system? Its so broken!
I would like to give credit where it is due as I have only ever had a great experience with Pontesbury & Worthen Medical Practice. I rang at approx. 10:30am on a Monday, was first in the queue on the phone and waited a couple of minutes before being put through to a lovely receptionist. I managed to secure a same day appointment and was met with patience, empathy, professionalism and care by Dr. Simon Lovatt at the Worthen Practice. Such a great place ! So friendly I felt so welcomed and they took the time to explain in great detail what was happening and helped tremendously with my 2 year old 🤍 highly recommended
Fantastic service provided by the GP’s, reception/admin and pharmacy. Staff are happy and helpful and go the extra mile to help where they can. Extra gratitude to Dr Kieran McCormack & Nicky on reception, thank you. These days it’s very hard to find good reliable GP surgeries! Pontesbury and Worthen is great. Phones are answered promptly, even when you are double digits in the queue!
