Went with Pontell 5 years ago for my first house and my house insurance was $1300...fast forward 5 years later and my insurance is $3000! Yep that’s more than doubled. I didn’t understand escrow so much but my escrow kept being behind yearly. Once I learned escrow is mainly insurance and taxes I formulated that these guys have been slowing hiking up my costs $300 a year.
