Dr Loch Was fantastic! Very informative and thorough and I feel like I am in great hands with him.
I have to admit that it was tempting to write a bad review in order to keep Dr. Loch and his team to ourselves 😉 but they have been so great and patient with my father that I hope anyone experiencing pain finds themselves in the care of Dr. Loch. He explains the treatment plan to my elderly father and patiently allows him time to absorb what needs to be done. After my father mentally processes (because the initial response to any type of treatment is always 'no'), we schedule another appointment for the actual procedure. I ... read more
First impressions are everything and this place provided an excellent one. Dr. Loch actually listened. Nice personality. Very thorough. He gave me his plan, then asked me if I agreed! Finally, top it off with a personable nurse AND staff. I’m going to move in and put up a mailbox out front. 6 stars.
Everyone pleasant and professional. The only thing I lost is “PAIN”.
The office is great, everyone was so nice. The Doctor was great, took the time to listen to me about my problem and helped me out. Highly recommend this office.
