Been a patient there for 12 years and the quality of care has gone downhill since the acquisition by St Vincent’s. My wife has already found a new practice and I am looking. Terrible customer service.
The doctors and office staff are typically very good at this location. However, today I was treated very unprofessionally by one of the nurses here. I would no longer recommend this facility and my family has been coming here for over 6 years. I left feeling very unsatisfied with my experience. Extremely disappointed!
