Terrible Gym. Only 2 treadmills working, equipment dirty and staff does not maintain. Staff is there on there phones and uninterested in assisting anyone with questions. Locker rooms are DISGUSTING. Steam room advertised but has never been working in the year i've been here. Showers never cleaned and curtains are stuck together with mold. Floors have mold and the stalls have been altered to not lock. They price this Gym more than newer gyms. Save your money and dont use. I joined about 2 yrs ago. It's been convenient to where I l live. The place was never great but now is just a dump. No upkeep. Instructors don't show up, no employees to be found. They get gym members to teach classes without any certification. Going to be jumping ship soon.
Went there for over 2 years but found the new York attitude of some staff reflected in poor customer service. Know others that quit for same issues. Bailey's Gym a big improvement.
