I had a referral to Dr Mavec and needed treatment rather urgently I called his office on FR a.m. and they asked if I could come in immediately. They worked me in, even though it was nearing closing time, and treated my problem. The good doctor and his support team are all true professionals that clearly care about their patients. Highly recommend.
I was recommended to Dr. Mavec by my dentist and had one redo root canal and a month later needed a second root canal on another tooth. I have worked in dentistry for over 10 years and I would highly recommend Dr. Mavec. I have anxiety issues and after explaining my issues he was so receptive to making sure I was as comfortable as possible. I had a root canal done on Wednesday. Very professional no pain even during the Novacaine. I left pain free and the whole process took only one hour and fifteen minutes. Thank you for the professional care.
I have had a gazillion (about 25) root canal treatments in my life both in Europe and the US and I can say that Dr. Mavec is the best endodontist I have EVER encountered. Not only did I never have to had a tooth retreated here but the discomfort has always been minimal. If I recall correctly he has treated me on at least a dozen occasions during my 10 year stay in Jacksonville. And of course, the staff is amazing;)
This place is amazing. The staff put me at ease. No waiting or pain. Would never go any place else.
