The physician and surgical staff were great. The office charged me $100 more than my copay required. Requests for refund go unnoticed. I am unable to get a return phone call from people in charge. I filed a complaint with my Medicare provider. Will send letter to BBB.
This facility was amazing. Dr. Hakim (my orthopedic surgeon), Dr.Williams (my anesthesiologist) and Priscilla (my check in and recovery nurse) were so awesome. They were very attentive, they answered all my questions, made me very comfortable and relaxed. This was great because I was so nervous. A special Thank you to my nurse Priscilla, she kept me relaxed and at ease and as someone with anxiety, this is not always an easy task.
