Edit: To be clear and answer the owner response to my original post, this was 100% Pontchatrain Yacht works in Mandeville. The picture was the Pontchatrain Boat Yard which may be why you are confused. As written in my original review below, while hauled out a second time I took notice of the previous paint job things that should have been addressed the first time. I had a bottom job done on my sailboat. After just taking her on the hard again for other reasons, I was able to take a better look at the work they did. It was clear the sanding and fairing wasnt done well. Shame on me for not insisting a good look before she went back to the water, but the staff is nice and quick with service so I trusted them too much. I don't remember what I paid, but they are on the higher end. I would go back, but don't be afraid to be critical and demand excellence of their work.

Great service! I transported a boat to Pontchartrain and used PYW for the commissioning. Travel lift operator is top notch. 100% recommend if you’re in need of boat service in the area, delivering a boat to or from. Great people! I’ll be back for sure.

Horribly incompetent, had our boat two months for a two week job, and it was worse for it when we finally took it back. And they will charge you enough to make payroll while they have it.

I have posted reviews in the past, but each time I have service done there I am even more impressed than before. The skills and ingenuity and enthusiasm for the work they do is wonderful.
