Like others have said in their reviews the NP is very professional as well as staff that handles the c-paps. But I’ve never dealt with a medical office that doesn’t have someone answer your call! I called not too long ago preparing to leave a message but got a recording that mailbox was full!! I’m now researching for a new doctor needless to say.
I am happy with the doctors but unfortunately I am not happy with your employees. When my appointment date approaches, no one calls me. They have been doing this to me for a year. I have received a message from the office staff asking me to make an appointment. I have been waiting for more than an hour. Even though I call them, it goes to voicemail. Excuse me, how many people are there in the office? Not even one of the employees answers the phone.
I was referred to her office but I never saw her..I did see a NP and that's OK but to be required to come in for an appointment to listen to the 'canned ' speech I already had in a text...that just doesn't fly with me. Oh and I'm supposed to pay for this waste of my time.
The office of Dr.Davis is unprofessional and should not be in Healthcare. These are people's lives we are talking about. It has been incredibly frustrating trying to get my prescription for a medication just sent to the pharmacy. At first they sent the wrong prescription, the wrong dosage and I still think the manager is confused about which prescription is the correct one.
