I brought my fully functioning boat to Pontarellis to be winterized, wrapped, and a new prop. Some minor issues were discovered and said to be fixed in the spring. Every time I brought it there there was atleast an 8-9 week wait. They do not take appointments for boats. I picked up my “fully repaired” boat and brought it to the boat ramp for it not to run then brought it back to Pontarellis 4 different times. Ponterellis did a transmission mount on a 2014 dodge pro master van. Had a transmission mount replaced (so I was told). Less than a month later the mounting bolts snapped when I put in drive to go to work. Another garage looked at it and now the transmission is finished. There’s about $10,000 worth of damage. My boss, who is the owner of the van, is furious and I haven’t been called back to work yet because of the van situation.
