Ponterellis did a transmission mount on a 2014 dodge pro master van. Had a transmission mount replaced (so I was told). Less than a month later the mounting bolts snapped when I put in drive to go to work. Another garage looked at it and now the transmission is finished. There’s about $10,000 worth of damage. My boss, who is the owner of the van, is furious and I haven’t been called back to work yet because of the van situation. I called earlier this morning about needing my tire plugged. I was told to bring it by around 4:45. I left work early, lost money out of my paycheck, called prior to coming and was told that they wouldn’t see me today. Disappointed because this would’ve been my first time here and have heard really great things
