Okay the other reviews are real estate puff. These seem expensive to me unless you plan to rent your unit out for the beach access. I doubt the condo lets you airbnb the.Best thing is access to the beach if you are a beach person. But honestly if you are looking for dining and other options you need to cook for yourself. There are no good restaurants in Hampton Bays. Cowfish has the best ambiance and a great location but the food has really deteriorated in recent years.

Excellent location! Tons of potential! Beautiful design. Great job of an architect! The best location for boat lovers. The gate to the Hamptons. Must see yourself!
