Installed a hot water tank in my home. Riley was polite, very knowledgeable and well prepared to do the installation. I am very impressed with the efforts of Riley, he protected my home from possible water damage, leak tested all connections. If you require a plumber call this shop as they are a smaller shop and go out of their way to ensure excellent work is completed speedily all while double checking their work for correctness. Job well done guys, thank you for a job done extremely well.
Poor customer service! Went to their office today to clarify the charges on the receipts they issued after installing water heater tank last Thursday, the guy started raising his voice at me when I was calmly talking to the female staff. After they got the money they will just treat customers rudely. Will not recommend to anyone.
Poor customer service! I requested an in person quote to have all poly B replaced (big job) Next day a young man came and took a look, about 5 minutes total. And said they would get back to me with a $. Never heard a thing! I called back to inquire and they took my name and number, no call back… three months later, I called again.. same thing and no call back!?!? Terrible way to keep locals spending local imo
Unprofessional service, I had a leaking and plugged sink drain, they did come quickly but after suggesting I replace all the plumbing under my sink...it lasted a couple days then plugged up again and still leaked. I then tried to fix this myself as I am a single mother and work 9-5....I took too long (2 weeks) to tell them of the problem, they charged me AGAIN?? 500$ later...Thanks Ponoka Plumbing.
