Very poor service . To Emerg for Stomach Pain issues. Was only one waiting . 15 minutes had 2 other people come in . All got into c someone . As pain got worse , left to drive to Lacombe Emergency. For immediate assistance. Ponoka Twrrible service , badly run . Shameful as a Hospital care facility. Wonder how the Patients are taking care of there , bet not good .
615 views. Go to Wetaskiwin or any place but Ponoka. 10 hrs. and they wanted me to wait who knows how long for a medical transport to Red Deer. No insulin no food no water no meds no info. They didn't even ask. Nurses try their best. Dr. What Dr. Never seen one. They told me I had heart damage two other hospitals disagree.
This place is an absolute joke. My doctor in red gear suggested that I go to pinoka because I really needed to be there, I was self harming and attempted suicide and was in really bad shape. He made me wait for a whole long time.And nan told me that I was not able to stay there.They would not help me at all. I had to wait almost an hour to get a taxi back to red deer. Again, this place is a joke.Go anywhere else but pinocca.
Go anywhere else! They kept sending home my friend. Her back was broken. Now she is going crazy and no one cares! No call backs. Just excuses!!!
Waiting for 2 hours in pain only to get put in a room and wait for another hour. This hospital cares only for the minor injuries. I could be bleeding out and they would be laughing, having a drink.
