It was an awesome experience. Charles and Shantel were great. Would do business with them any time
5 stars for Charles, none for the management. Charles did everything and more to secure our business. Even found a buyer for our trade in because the dealer wouldnt offer anything close. They tried to add on doc fees after the posted price. BAD!!! NOT ALLOWED. We decided to move on to another dealer
Charles was great help. He was able to warn me about what to avoid and was also able to give me some of the recent history of the truck I purchased. I am very happy with the service he provided
2 month of owning the truck I maybe have had it 2weeks . Shake in the brand new tires and rims 3000$ and they still can't figure it out. Took my suspension out they thought it was that.and put different suspension in now sits lower ...then was told to drop truck off to get new tires on come back after 10day of no vehicle and nothing was done no call nothing been trying to call them left voicmails left notes and no one calls back.. still out 3000$ and still waiting for tires that no one knows we're they are ...and no updates ... read more
