Honestly I wish I could write a better review for this place. The food/flavors are decent and staff is friendly but the price for what you get (especially takeout) is extremely disappointing. The salad was the only thing that was a decent side. The sandwiches and burgers don’t come with any sides so when we paid $12 for a side of chili fries and $6 for a side of sweet potato fries, we expected them to be a solid portion. I absolutely love Pono Burger! I was really sad when their Venice Beach location closed, but I’m so grateful they’re still here in Santa Monica. Hands down, some of the best burgers in town! Always fresh, flavorful, and made with care. I’ve had so many great meetings here, both personal and business. It’s one of those places where the vibe just feels right. Highly recommend!

A great burger place in the heart of Santa Monica. With strong Hawaiian, Asian and Latin influences, this place has among the best burger in town. I personally love their mushroom sandwich, a veggie friendly burger, while my family is really fond of their classic cheeseburger.
