Ponies R Us and Miss AJ and her crew were amazing. We had them out to our home for our daughter’s 3rd birthday. The animals were super friendly, everyone had a blast. We were lucky enough to have two full size horses come out as well so the adults had just as much fun as the kids. Everyone also loved the face painting! I highly recommend Ponies R Us and Miss AJ- great communication, fun staff, reliable, and fun!
This company came to my kids school for an event and I was very unimpressed. The main woman- I’m not sure if she is the owner- but she was smoking a cigarette around all of the kids while she was setting up. They showed up late to the event and were really unorganized. They treated the animals badly- throwing them into their pens and handling them very roughly. She was also rude and dismissive to the kids. Aashan and all her staff were amazing today. Came in for an hour horseback ride. I and my family are novices, but took the time to teach us what we needed to know. Got to see new babies too. Great experience. Highly recommend. Will definitely be back. Legend and all the horses were great. Go out and see her.

Came to a school event, our PTO put on. Pulled in smoking a cigarette, took breaks on school property. We had agreed upon the number of people working, aka what I was paying for as I didn’t want lines to get long. Showed up under staffed, volunteers and I filled holes that we were paying for.
