I wish I could give them a good review but there were unable to make me helpful orthotics and never even checked my gait wearing the ones (that I am returning--no refund). I must have gone back 5-7 times but was not impressed with them compared to experience at Univ of Michigan orthotic center.
I'm sorry if this review is a little biased but I absolutely love the staff here. My transition to a prosthetic has not been an easy on ( I was starting to be confident on my prosthetic and 2 infection hit my risidual limb then got covid and lost 60lb after). Everyone there was worried about me got personal visits in the hospital and also in-patient physical therapy. If I would have gone to Hanger I know that I would have never got the level of service I've gotten here at Pongratz. Thank you guys and please don't ever change... read more
First of all I would like to say and I'm not one to post reviews or experiences and whatnot online don't like the internet don't like Facebook don't like my opinion out there for everyone..
