Very helpful and courteous
Don't waste your time. Ordered 2 pair of shoes. After 6 weeks I called and they informed me they were on back order. When they finally came in, I found out they only ordered 1 pair. The shoes they did order was the wrong shoes. They never bothered to keep me updated or let me know they decided to only order 1 pair of shoes. Not very friendly to work with. They are very limited on shoes they can order. Only 4 types of shoes was available. I went somewhere else and received one pair the same day. Expecting second pair of shoes... read more

3 months ago I ordered through my insurance, insoles and have yet to get them and CANNOT reach anyone.... they got paid but I got nothing...
