Always available , usually same day to answer questions or telephone appointment. Super knowledgeable and David at the front desk is the same .. works with you and values your opinion.. fantastic Dr and I would highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Dr. Pone and her practice highly enough. I recently sent a message via the portal with concerns about a flare-up, and not only was the response immediate, but they were able to get me in for a telehealth visit within 10 minutes of my call. In an era where healthcare can feel rushed, Dr. Pone spent over 30 minutes with me, listening intently and never making me feel like 'just another patient.' Dr. Pone and her staff have been amazing. I was at the end of the road as far as treatment options. Dr. Pone examined all possibilities, like a Detective, and found a treatment plan that works. Do not get lost in her setup (not being in a big fancy building, part of a large medical group, or fancy apps and coffee options). She is a unicorn in the best way, not beholden to anyone except the patient. Give her a chance, you will not regret it.
