We recently moved into a home with a koi pond and we had no idea how to care for it. After being here for about a week the filter-aeration stopped working and the fish weren’t looking so good. The management and staff at Pondworks are highly professional, honest and caring. I have used them for my Koi pond for over 10 years and recently during opening, had the loss of some fish after an incredibly difficult winter. Tyler replaced those fish and the pond looks amazing. Ihighly recommend this service.
****Update: WONDERFUL service technician Alec, turned on pond, got waterfall flowing freely, fixed a broken housing on the pump, and labeled the valves for future ease. It was easy to see Alec’s expertise, and he was so kind!! He gets 10 stars!! Justin and Henry did a fantastic job of cleaning our pond! They were very professional, arriving early and staying late to remove much storm debris & muck, and power wash and service. They advised to refill slowly, so as not to tax our well, which was appreciated.
