Beautiful bouquet and great customer service from Pondview Florist!
I used this local florist for the first time to send warm wishes to a special family and wanted the absolute best arrangement for him and his wife. The recipient was very appreciative and did say that the flowers were beautiful, smelled amazing and were still holding up days later, however, I as the purchaser was a bit disappointed when I received the picture of them. I paid for the "deluxe" version of the arrangement and expected it to be obviously better or at least fuller than the "standard" version shown online. They did... read more
I ordered a mostly roses order and got mostly daisies. You cannot reach the company to talk about it. I would never use this company again.
