I went there to get two small trees for my front patio entrance. When I spoke with the staff person, I was very clear that the trees would be planted in a 12 inch ceramic pot, fully facing West being hit directly by the sun most of the day with no shade. The trees died after two weeks, they completely burnt while I followed all the instructions I was given. I called them to let them know and see what we could do about it.
