I had my pond installed originally many years ago by this business. I have since had them come and clean it each spring and have been somewhat satisfied with their service. But my pond developed a leak recently and they came out to rebuild my waterfall. It was unsatisfactory and after being charged nearly $2000.00 for 3 1/2 hours of work they have nearly a month later not returned my call or made arrangements to fix the problem . I will not have dealings with them in the future and will not recommend them to anyone.

Ponds R Us is a great company to work with! They built our backyard waterfall and have maintained it for years. You can always expect consistency and great customer service. What a great family run company!

I was referred to Ponds R' Us by a friend and used them for design, installation and maintenance of my pond. The guys were creative, flexible and very professional! From scheduling the installation to routine maintenance, they were always very nice and accommodating. My pond is gorgeous, peaceful and a wonderful addition to my landscape! I would recommend them to anyone that wants a job done well. Thanks Ponds R' Us!
