Their entire team (Abby, James, and others) is highly professional and diligent through every single step from the quotation, measurement, and installation. Great experience with Marc, James and the Pond's Team! They coordinated the concrete work which was required as all plumbing need to be replaced, and did a great job with the new plumbing, lights, liner, and equipment. Couldn't be happier with our newly renovated pool/back yard. Thanks!
This is an extremely professional company. Very polite management and staff. They replaced my pool liner 2 years ago and did an amazing job. Recently came over to do some repairs and equally impressive. They even brought in my garbage cans, speaks volumes to the type of people they are.
