Pools are more complicated to maintain than one would think. After 25 years of managing our very large pool I have always been grateful for the customer service in the store; the service of the pool itself provided by the team at Ponds for People Leisurescapes. This was a difficult opening season and I want to thank everyone there for their patience and attention to my enquiries.
Was a little frustrated when ordering a part. Gave me the wrong part the first time after he assured me it's the correct one.after ordering it there was some confusion when I called to check if it arrived and was told it wasn't ordered. Then spent an hour calling other stores for the part with out luck and then received a call they have the part. Might need a better system of tracking orders
When it comes to pools, they know their stuff. If you're looking for a part, they've got it or they can get it quickly.
I had reached out for a quote about a pool closing (last year), but decided to go with a different pool company. The other pool company closed our pool. They provided pictures, receipts, etc. However, Ponds for People started sending me an invoice for a pool closing 4 days after it was already closed. They couldn't provide me with anything other than an invoice to show they had closed my pool. We had an unfortunate experience with our pool liner from a previous company who installed it. Ponds for People was extremely knowledgeable and came to inspect and install a solution in a timely manner. We've had great communication since and will continue to use them in the future.
