Poor service all around! We got a quote for a new pump to be installed which we agreed to. The tech showed up, spent 5 min, yup just 5 min with my husband, told him to check the electrical outlet and gfi and left. The tech gave my husband his cell number and so he texted the tech a few times and the tech told him via text to now try and use a hose and see if the pool was clogged. Lost Loyal Customer I have been a customer of Ponds for People for over a decade, through various owners, and have spent thousands of dollars. This summer, I was losing water in my pool so I called to have them locate the leak and repair it. After two visits, I was told there was a leak in a suction line under my skimmer basket. Work began, I arranged for an excavator at the cost of $250 rather than $600 through them. They dug under the concrete and replaced a joint and took about 6 hours to do so.
