My family and I just moved in to Ponds Edge. What a beautiful place!! Property manager, Shana, is one of the best human beings that I've ever met! Her and her assistant Michelle were both amazing! My family and I had a time line and needed a place ASAP. Those two worked hard and contacted me daily to get us in as quickly as possible. We chose a three bedroom apartment. They are huge! This place is great! As for the current property manager Shana and assistant Michelle goes.. they’ve been excellent! Shana has been really amazing with working with us and making the move in process smooth! She’s great to talk to and listens to what we have to say in regards to the apartment! It seems she’s really trying to change Ponds Edge for the better and you can tell!
Shana is great! I called with a concern about the rental increase and why my rent was a lot more than the amount they would be charging a new tenant and she did some extensive research and was able to work her magic and make my rent not so high and closer to what a new tenant would be paying.... I've been here for over 8 years now... I know Shana has only been here a year (CONGRATS!!!) but she has made some changes for the better for this place.... My experience has been great, beautiful complex, lots of space to take walks, small playground for the kids and a swimming pool. The office ladies are great!
