My central air has been broken since April, it’s now July. The front office and maintenance staff have been contacted dozens of times through the portal, email, and phone calls. Often unable to leave a message because the voice mail is full. Rarely receive a reply. My AC is still not working and it is consistently around 85 degrees in my town home. Their solution was one window unit in my living room for a three story town home. Incredibly frustrating for nearly $2,000 a month.
I am giving 3 stars because I love it here....Beautiful community...It is very clean and safe but be careful...they tried to raise the rent on me after the first year of living in reserve at ponds edge by $100... I NEVER received a notice of increase or renewal by any means! I didn't find this out until the most recent payment was short by "$100" and they had a " court claim" written out. They claimed they sent a 90 day notice "by letter" at my door and If I renewed yearly it would only be raised by $40! Never received a let... read more
do not move here. they completely ignore maintenance requests and just put them in as completed without actually coming and fixing anything. i had an issue with one of the maintenance men being completely unprofessional and creepy and asked them to not assign him to anything else of mine, the very next day they assigned him to me. another maintenance man just walks into ur apartment anytime with no warning. Don't walk, but RUN from this place! Absolutely horrible experience attempting to move in to Pond's Edge. I ignored the terrible reviews, and I truly regret it now. These employees are completely incompetent and do not act in good faith. They tried to charge an extra $1,005 (money order/cashier's check only) deposit ONE DAY before I was scheduled to move in, which was in violation of the lease I signed.
