Pros: the place feels pretty safe, my apartment was in good condition overall with decent appliances. Never had any issues with parking. Cons: the office is not responsive. The amount of paperwork we had to do is ridiculous and they take longer than you’d expect to process it. They’ll tell you it’ll take a week but it’ll be 3-4 weeks. They asked for my tax returns, no other place I’ve lived at has needed that and I wasn’t comfortable providing it. Wonderful place to reside. We love it! *Updating my review after 4 years of residency at move out. Once upon a time, Ponds Edge was a wonderful place to call home. With changes in ownership and constant switching of staff/maintenance workers, the property has definitely seen better days. Moving back to Ponds Edge would not be my first choice to be completely honest and fair. These apartments are a shadow of their former glory days! Lived here 2 years and moved out in October. Very clean environment and the clubhouse/management gave no issues. Every work order was processed same or next day. From top to bottom, very well run. Upon moving out they reviewed the apartment for damages and reassessment was more than fair… no nickel and diming us Overall, for the price you can’t beat it.
