This place is an absolute nightmare, and I’ll say it plainly. I’ve lived here for almost 3 years and cannot wait to get my new orders and leave. The management is a revolving door, so you never build rapport with anyone. Maintenance and outdoor upkeep are a joke, dog waste piles up and overflows in the dog park, and the pool didn’t even open until after July 4th. Repairs? Be prepared to wait months. worthless!!! Don’t apply takes forever with applications, they give you the run around and they act like they can never answer the damn phone. they also ask for tax records which is odd i never been asked by an apartment complex for some tax records. Also when they take your $300 out of your account it takes 7-10 business days to get it back THROUGH MAIL at that which is ridiculous because it didn’t take 7-10 business days for them to take it out my damn BANKING account. Wish I could give it zero stars. The location is great, the apartments are fine. But the AC never worked and the front office was insanely rude (like the repair money was coming out of their paychecks rude). My kids are staying in the apartment and they had to stay with us for over 2 months (June/July) because it was so hot and their maintenance was horrific (over 100 degrees in the unit). My central air has been broken since April, it’s now July. The front office and maintenance staff have been contacted dozens of times through the portal, email, and phone calls. Often unable to leave a message because the voice mail is full. Rarely receive a reply. My AC is still not working and it is consistently around 85 degrees in my town home. Their solution was one window unit in my living room for a three story town home. Incredibly frustrating for nearly $2,000 a month.
I am giving 3 stars because I love it here....Beautiful community...It is very clean and safe but be careful...they tried to raise the rent on me after the first year of living in reserve at ponds edge by $100... I NEVER received a notice of increase or renewal by any means! I didn't find this out until the most recent payment was short by "$100" and they had a " court claim" written out. They claimed they sent a 90 day notice "by letter" at my door and If I renewed yearly it would only be raised by $40! Never received a let... read more
