Capano Management should be ashamed of taking a perfectly nice local apartment complex and completely ruining it. My husband and I lived there from 2020-2025. The original Ponds Edge people were great, and the location is good. As soon as Capano took over, things went downhill. I had a positive experience living at Ponds edge for the last year. Any time I needed help, the office staff (specifically SHANA) was always friendly, patient, and informative. She even stayed late to walk me through move out process, and she never made me feel like a burden. I made sure I always spoke with her when I needed something, she truly makes a difference. Be prepared to fight for your security deposit. "While my time living here was okay, the move-out process regarding my security deposit was extremely difficult. The management failed to return my refund within the 45-day legal limit required by Maryland law. I was repeatedly given excuses about 'mailing errors' and 'address forwarding' that turned out to be inaccurate after I verified them with the USPS .
