Beautiful communities...but be careful...they raised the rent on me after the first year of living here by $100... I NEVER received a notice of increase or renewal by email or anything! I didn't find this out until my most recent payment was short by "$100". They claimed they sent a 90 day notice and If I renewed yearly it would only be raised by about $40. So because of THEIR mistake of not sending me any type of notice they moved me to a month to month payment which costs more! =(
They took $300 from me, approved my application, and never followed up. I was approved to rent an apartment here. I had to pay a $300 partial deposit at the time of submitting the application. A few weeks later, they called to tell me my application was approved. Since then, I have not heard a single word from them. They never sent me a lease. I’ve called 4 times and sent them emails. Gabby and Kim were ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL, very kind and very professional! They walked me through all the steps of how to apply for available rental properties. They also helped troubleshoot technical issues I encountered while setting up my account. If you are in need of housing RENT HERE!
I don't know why all the negative reviews..it's BEAUTIFUL over here....brand new upgraded places .. reasonably priced...very friendly, quiet, (but walls are slightly thin) never had any major issues except very minor things like having to remind them to change the hvac filters because we don't have access to them, but other than that it's also very safe here with a pool and small gym!
