I called for a pond clean up and was told to send pictures of my pond. I sent the requested photos and was sent a text they would not be able to clean the pond due to "poor construction/workmanship" funny thing is the pond is less than 5 months old and was done at a new build. However, I suspect since it was a DIY pond (the hole was professionally dug and I-female-did the rest myself), they did not see much profit as I clearly did not have a $40-50K pond or a million + dollar property to brag about servicing. Justin took my existing pond and waterfall to a pondless system. Hee did an excellent job and everything looks and works great. He is a busy guy but well worth the wait. I highly recommend Ponds by May.
We've depended on Ponds By May for four years to keep our backyard water feature in working order. This year, we asked them to do the impossible: make the 29-year-old feature young again. They painstakingly tore it apart, updated the infrastructure and plumbing, and rebuilt it stone by stone. We are so impressed with Justin and his team. They did a spectacular job over two days. He worked on a pond on my property. His workers were careless sloppy and lazy. They left hazardous things lying around and caused property damage. Very unprofessional. And… I have never left a negative review of anyone ever before in my life.
