Former employee. My tools disappeared more than once while working for this guy. I've been in construction for nearly 20 years and I've never seen someone try to run jobs the way he does; I would constantly have to try to assure customers that this guy isn't that bad, etc, because he wouldn't keep in touch with them. The quality of the work varies depending on what it is. For roofing, painting and small odds and ends, they're okay.
