The house was a mess when I moved in. My realtor had her brother working on it. He left stuff everywhere for me to clean up. Carpet was nasty. The electrical line was tied up to a tree with a plastic grocery bad. If they tell you they will do something, you can count on it not being done. MYbe they will send the brother out. That will not go well I assure you. Look at the comments. Rights her own reviews to get the rating up. How sad is that
