We are so so happy we went with the Ponderosa team for our big day! Being a destination wedding, I definitely needed a peace of mind knowing we had people boots on the ground with knowledge in Bend to help guide us. We hired Ponderosa Planning to be our day of coordinator and had a really good experience. Even with only have the "day of" package, they provided with us so many helpful resources, phone calls and guidance leading up to the wedding. We worked with Kaley and she was on top it and super helpful. We were planning from long distance and had great peace of mind in working with her! Our wedding day was perfect and smooth.
There is absolutely no way we could have pulled off our wedding without the help of Ponderosa Planning. They were so thoughtful, kind, and extremely helpful. They allowed us to stay fully present during our big day without having to worry about any of the details. They really thought of everything!! HIGHLY recommend!
