I’ve been taking my 4 kids to Dr. Frazee for the past 9 years. She is worth the 90 mile drive from our home. She is very knowledgeable and stays current. She listens patiently to any concerns and never makes you feel rushed or ridiculous. All of my kids feel comfortable with her. The office is clean and all the staff are friendly and helpful.
I spoke to the office manager Heather And she helped me get my child’s appt that I needed. I am very happy with how nice and kind she was. What an asset to your practice when someone goes above and beyond!

I love Dr. Frazee and have always had a great experience with her. Unfortunately I can't say the same for other staff members. I haven't felt like the assistants administering vaccines are very experienced and it's always been a rough experience for my kiddo. I also find the front desk staff to give off the impression they're inconvenienced, and rather condescending/short.
