Want to give a big shout out to the Ponderosa! Last night we were displaced by the fire. We have a dog and cat that we didn't want to take to the evacuation hq set up at the gym. I called around midnight to see if they would take us and our critters. The lady at the front desk was so sweet and accommodating. It made the best of a rough situation. Great clean room, friendly staff. Great breakfast for the morning. Only issue was shower in room 116. It varied from scolding hot to ice cold. So a quick shower was it. But everything else perfect. Dog friendly a big plus
Rooms are clean. Had issues with shower ,door lock cards (twice). And bathroom lights. Front staff seems to tolerate guests seemed annoyed that you need help. Breakfast was good
2nd time here super nice staff! Highly recommend, comfy room
