Ponderosa Landscaping owner Dick Welch does not honor his work. He refuses to fix a leak from his irrigation installation. My neighbor informed me of the water leaking into his yard and against his house foundation. No water shows up on my property because the leak is uphill/behind a French drain (they installed) that empties into a drain pipe which ends at the border of my 6ft tall fence and why I didn’t see it.
