I pulled in at 3:33 this afternoon and was the last car done (4:50pm). I do not know if they're under new management but I paid $27.95 for a car full of finger prints, a window only half clean, drips running down the back door and a small empty Gatorade bottle in my cup holder....and it wasn't mine! The employees were gone in their little white van before I even pulled out of the parking lot. RecommendedUnfortunate incident at the car was this morning, resulting in a damaged tire. I was very impressed at how quickly and thoughtfully the manager dealt with the situation. He personally put on the temporary tire, arranged for (and paid for) me to go to tire store down the street and get a new tire. Have always liked Ponderosa, now I am a real fan. They understand customer service and accountability.
If you really want s great, totally clean interior and exterior, this is the place!
