Amazing service from the time I called first time till I reached and got my appointment. All staff on the phone and in person was courteous. Spoke to Sara on the phone and then texted with Amanda . Very professional and clear in communication. I didn’t have to wait for my appointment as Infilled out the paperwork ahead of time . Excelente service, todo fue muy professional
Worst dentist I’ve been to. They either kept or threw away my crown and denied me a temporary crown. The specialist had taken off my crown for retreat on my route canal and they did not tell me I wasn’t gonna get a temporary crown. I have a little nub of a tooth and they are making me wait till my crown authorization to be approved in order to give me a temporary crown. Why they did this? My old dentist would give me a silver temporary crown immediately after any route canal. This place brought me back to see the general Dr.... read more
Poor customer service. Would never recommend this company ever in a million years
don't believe to the promotion of xray and cleaning for $99.00 they said that i will have to pay $1400 for the cleaning at the end.. so it is fake promotion. They need to specify that only in what cases should be 99.00 - the manager is not polite -she complained instead of understanding and finding a solution for the client.. I don't recommend this service. This poor services should be very specific in their treatment since the first consultation and they did not do that.
