Well, I would have given them one star, but they did let me leave the car that they couldn't fix on their lot for a few days... So I guess they deserve a second star. I paid $180 dollars to have my car diagnosed by Ponderosa Auto and when they came up with nothing to resolve the issue, they wanted another $260 to look at it further. Went in for an oil change today and they noticed a massive, hidden crack running along the inside edge of my front tire with the cord fully exposed. I knew my front tires needed replacing soon but I would have never noticed how the tread was completing tearing apart and ready to blow any second. If it weren’t for these guys looking out for my cars safety when I was just there for an oil change, I would have 100% had a horrible blowout.
