I've been here for a yr now. Hate to say it, but this place has gone down hill. It's quiet and rates have gone down. New management took over. And all the ladies are great there. But, the maintenance lacks communication, and doesn't get back to you in emergencies. Lack of communication and neglects to fill you in on why they can't fix the things that need to be fixed. Laundry room, washers, are breaking down. Washers and dryers are dirty and unkept. I refuse to put my laundry in a few of them. Sorry guys...
Small but nice and the price isn't bad .
Stayed here for the summer and what a rip off. They jerk you around when things are needing to be fixed. When we moved in it was extremely dirty then when we moved out we left it cleaner than when we moved in and they refuse to give us the rest of our deposit for cleaning fees. This cleaning fee isn't posted in the lease. They claim that things were broken by us but they were broken before we moved in. This company is a nightmare to deal with and I would not recommend it unless you want to be screwed over!!
