Took my Stihl chainsaw there. Thought I had overheated and some how locked the clutch up. It wasn’t that, the owner took my chainsaw apart on the counter, found a sliver of wood that was jamming the bar and chain, removed it put my chainsaw back together. I said how much and he said that was warranty work. I have purchased a few items there including the chainsaw, I will continue purchasing from them! Thanks
