I took an old pair of custom made boots there to have a new pair made. The man who took my measurements did not use the old boot as a pattern. The new boots had the wrong toe, the wrong top width, and my brand on the front was wrong. I will never go back.
The only reason I left one star for work is to post this review! Would not recommend this lady. The owner really worked up the quality of their work. We waited long after promised time and 1 out of 5 things we asked for on our boot order was correct. When we asked for full refund she laughed and said, "don't your husband work in the oil patch? Y'all can make that money back." So unprofessional to comment. Would not give full refund back. Do not waste your time here!
