I bring all my cars to Ponder. Excellent service, fair pricing. Highly recommend!
I need to sell a vehicle, but there was a slight leak of fluid under the transmission. Brian Ponder came by my house to see if it was ok to drive it to his shop, and it was. When I asked if I could thank him for driving to my house by paying for his lunch, he said no and that he just enjoys helping people out with their cars. Really nice, standup guy!
The front desk guy is so sweet and the owner is such a great business owner would recommend before any in the tri cities their service is top notch!
As a small business owner myself, I appreciate it when a company goes the extra mile. Truth be told, Ponder couldn't provide the particular service I needed for my son's car. But Jake said he would check with the owner to see if he might recommend someone to do it. He promised to call back and, true to his word, within 10 minutes I received a call from Jake. In my opinion, a company that will do this when you're NOT a customer is going to treat you right when you ARE a customer.
