Third time I have now ordered product and gone all the way to the business which is nearly 30 minutes away to be informed less than 5 minutes when I get there that they don't have it. Literally canceling it after the order time so it makes it kind of useless because I'm already there. I also noticed that the price increasing has gone about 30 to 40% for most products especially when it comes to bulk. Insanely good deals and nice staff.
I used to exclusively shop at this store until recently. They're offering a "40% discount" after drastically increasing their prices. There is no discount; the prices are more expensive than before. A 5-pack that I purchased last month was $10 cheaper. The same product at The Reef is $11 cheaper, BEFORE they discount it even further. Save your money and shop at a store with owners/managers who aren't as greedy as this place!
