This place is 5/5. I started going to this place when I was pregnant with my first baby 8 yrs ago. I haven't gone anywhere else! Now, even my children go there. The doctor is always funny and very nice!!! This past weekend I got this bad toothache. I called this morning and the lady at the front desk she could get me within 2 hours. Worst experience!!! He did my front tooth filling which stayed good for couple of weeks only. Everytime I eat, it goes inside the filling. I went again and he said he fixed it but it was the exact same scenario again. I called them and they were like we suggested you to do cap. In a nutshell, dentist didn’t make enough efforts to make patient happy but focused more on making money on expensive procedures. I regret going to this place. Money-minded people. Thank you for your great service Rachel !!!
As Always Dr. Pond was delightful and thoughtful during the procedure which was 4 new crowns. he's been our family dentist for 10 years.
So welcoming and informative, makes going to the dentist a relief. Dr.Pond has a great way of explaining things. The hygienists and office manager have always been the nicest people. Couldn't recommend this place enough.
