My Mother who resides there has been having serious bed bug problems and bug problems in her apartment for quite some time. My mother told me that when she approaches the Property Manager she said the Property Manager is nasty at times. A few weeks back someone from Pond Run wanted to watch TV in Pond Runs TV Room while they were doing their laundry. This someone was not able to watch TV in the TV room because this fellow with White Hair who was sitting there would not allow this person to watch something different from what he was watching. This White Haired Man acts like he owns the TV Room and that is not fair to all the tenants. This White Haired Man should not be allowed to tie up the TV Room for 6 hours per day.

My mother resides at Pond Run Housing. She is getting sick and tired of people smoking pot and cigarettes in the building along with dealing with bug and bed bug issues throughout the building. She feels it can be a great place to live but management needs to inspect certain apartments atleast every three months and other apartments twice a year.
