Great service. The staff and the doctor were very friendly and made our cats feel safe during the exam and vaccine.
Awful place to go to. Very unprofessional Overpriced and makes up costs Does not speak English well mis treats your animlas. Want to charge for everything but does nothing. Vet has several complaints to the ombudsman. Lost of animals have passed away here from negligence. Does not except cash
I had an absolutely distressing and traumatizing experience at this clinic. My dog suddenly started vomiting, and instead of carefully assessing the situation and reassuring me, they immediately made it sound like a life-threatening emergency caused by a tiny possible foreign object. They insisted my dog needed to go to a clinic in Windsor immediately for surgery, which they said could cost $5,000–$10,000.
