Best. Thing I can say is that they are thorough, but they seem to have no compassion for people who are stretched financially. After explaining that I can't afford too much, they went on to ask me for tests, that I had to deny 5 times in various different ways. They don't actually listen to their customers. They also didnt recommend any preventive measures for the recurring issue my dog is dealing with., and when I specifically asked, they took the opportunity to try and up-sell me. After speaking to Vipal Patel about my cats breathing problems, he dismissed it. Said it wasn't possible, after his vaccinations for just such breathing issues. And never checked the claim I made. Birdie had pleurisy, a form of pneumonia. Which was treatable in its early stages. (My cat also had renal problems which were not addressed although he had two blood tests, one for 800$, as a measure to find the problem. I dont think Patel knew how to read the blood panel).
