Pond Medics has been outstanding. Tom was generous with his time and gave us advice before our HOA was even a customer. After talking with them and the other vendors in our area and elsewhere, we chose Pond Medics for our pond's maintenance. They maintain the city's ponds and those of other local HOA's with large ponds that are about the same age as ours. Fantastic, “concierge” service. I acquired a pond with the purchase of our homestead and had no idea how to keep it clean and healthy. Jordan from Pond Medics was friendly, knowledgeable and communicative. I purchased the upfront annual service and after a ton of spring storms that somehow blossomed algae “like never before”, Jordan’s team came out at my request though “off schedule” to address the issue. They gave an extra treatment and voila! Algae disappeared! I am thoroughly impressed and appreciative.

Scammy.. dont do what they claim they do, not sure its even a real company. Found another local pond company that is prompt and responsive.... reccomed the same for others seeking pond service
