Phillip, was fantastic. Reached out to him about my pond that was leaking wouldn't hold any water. He made time to come out one afternoon looked around and gave me a preliminary quote that was really close to the final cost. He has been doing this for a while and knows what he is doing, even when there was problems like my pond had a spring constantly flowing into the bottom making it more challenging, he handled it.
