Where do I start? Last year around November they came out & closed our 2 little ponds & stored the pumps somewhere? The bill was $150.00. Then in the spring, after several unsuccessful phone calls, they cleaned the "small ponds" & installed the pumps, charged us for a new pump & sent us a bill for over $660.04. Hired this company to design and install landscape for me. 3 man crew showed up at my home with no sod cutter to do the job . They worked there tails off to remove the sod .When it came to installing weed block the crew leader mentioned they were limited on how much they had but would make it work, Very nice young men but they were frustrated with lack of equipment ,material and manpower to do the job.
