Brilliant service! Beautiful pond and outdoor garden features which are extremely good value ! Sad they are closing but I highly recommend their ongoing garden art service .
Sent email asking for help back in October/November asking for advice for a pump I had bought. No response
These guys blasted my old functional pond liner with a high pressure washer, which ended up ruining the liner, granted it was old but probably not a wise move. Sent a $1500 bill, and an unpleasant threat to charge a late fee after 6 days (not sure if that’s legal but ok). Then we’ve asked them to help, they said they will only fibreglass it.
