I have been coming to Ponce Auto Service Inc. For a few years now and never was disappointed with the service they provides, always reliable and affordable. I would recommend this Service Shop.
This place is hit or miss. I think the owner (Super Mario) always seems to have an attitude and sometimes he's ok. He's a bit pricey and took long to get my car back. The young lady at the front desk is very pleasant.
0 stars. Got very bad service, oil change/ new battery. had to really struggle to get the drain plug off And filter afterward, few months later. Got mocked and cursed out when I went back to complain. 0 Zero star. Never going back. go at your own risk
